Free Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, and we offer the flexibility of free cancellation for any reservations canceled more than 3 days prior to the check-in date by 2:00 PM local time. Under this policy:
• Eligibility: Reservations canceled more than 3 days before the check-in date.
• Refund Process: A full refund will be processed.
• Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your bank account due to bank processing times.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To ensure fair accommodation and operational planning, we have the following policies for late cancellations and no-shows:
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date after 2:00 PM will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
• No-Show: If you do not show up on the check-in date, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
Refund Processing
For all eligible refunds:
• Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Method: Refunds will be processed to bank details shared via email.
