Terms & Conditions
Identification:
- As per instructions of the Local Police Administration and Government Mandate, physical ID proofs are compulsory during check-in for Indian citizens. Acceptable forms of identification include Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, and Passport. PAN Card is not considered an acceptable proof of ID.
- For guests arriving from outside the country or those who are not citizens of India, it is mandatory to physically provide their passport, visa, and any other relevant documents as requested upon check-in.
- Our team may request you to remove your mask, eyeglasses, sunglasses or any other facial coverings to verify your ID in accordance with local Police norms.
- Regrettably, without one of the accepted forms of identification, check-in will not be possible.
Stay:
- Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM IST and check-out time is 12:00 noon IST.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- No gatherings or parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
Safety & Hygiene:
- To ensure the safety and privacy of all our guests, visitors are not permitted in guest rooms. We recommend our in-house cafe, Chirp, located on the ground floor, as an alternative meeting place.
- We uphold a strict NON-SMOKING POLICY within the hotel premises. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of ₹3000. Designated smoking areas are available near the parking lot.
- Upon check-out, please return the key card.
- Any damages to the room or hotel property will be chargeable.
- The hotel undertakes no liability for the shelf life of food taken away from the hotel after an event or consumed outside the hotel.
Rights of Admission:
- Centro Hotel reserves the right of admission. For the safety and security of the premises and our team members and our guests, the hotel may refuse entry or stay to any individual without the need to provide a reason. Decisions regarding admission are at the sole discretion of the hotel management.
Additional Safety Measures:
- For the safety of our guests and staff, CCTV surveillance is active in common areas of the hotel.
- Fire safety equipment, including extinguishers and alarms, are installed at strategic locations. Guests are requested to familiarise themselves with the nearest exit routes.
- In case of any medical emergencies, please contact the front desk immediately. A first aid kit is available upon request.
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.
- Any incidents or accidents within the hotel premises should be reported to the management immediately. The hotel reserves the right to take necessary action based on the circumstances.
- The hotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, or loss or damage to data arising out of the use of the hotel facilities.
Respect & Courtesy:
- We request all guests to treat our staff and fellow guests with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure the comfort of all guests.
- Hotel reserves the right to send guests away from the hotel due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, or medical reasons. This applies, in particular, if guests do not observe instructions given by hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests, our associates, employees or anybody else on the hotel premises
Payment Terms:
- A 100% advance payment is required for the total stay upon your arrival.
- Payment can be made using cash, credit card, payment gateway link, or deposit in the bank account before the due date.
- Applicable taxes are as per the rates at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Terms:
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 3 days before the check-in date by 02 PM are free of charge.
- 100% Chargeable Cancellation: Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date after 02 PM will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Lost Property and Storage:
- The hotel takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen, or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
- Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for a period of three (3) months. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated to charity. The hotel accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check out are only held until the close of business that day.
- Claimed items can be collected from the hotel with valid identification or alternatively the hotel can arrange postage on behalf of the guest at their expense.
- The hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area. The hotel is obliged to clearly express in the parking area that the area is not supervised and the hotel is not responsible for the property kept there.
- The management is not responsible for loss of luggage by way of theft, fire, acts of nature, etc.
- No valuables should be kept in the luggage such as cash, travellers’ cheques, Passports, jewellery, etc.
- The management does not take responsibility for the contents of the luggage, bag, suitcase etc. The guests are requested to ensure that their luggage is properly locked and secure.
- In case of loss of luggage due to reasons such as theft, mishandling, damages etc. the liability of the management and the Hotel is limited to Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only).
- The receipt is to be surrendered along with the luggage ticket while claiming the luggage.
- The management may open, inspect the contents of the luggage for reasons of security and if anything objectionable is located, the luggage is bound to be deposited with the police along with the particulars of the owner of luggage as recorded in this receipt.
- Under no circumstances will the luggage be held beyond 30 days, after which it will be disposed of.
- The luggage of the guest cannot be retained in the Hotel for more than seven days unless approved by hotel management.
Parking Terms:
- The hotel offers limited valet car parking and by availing of the valet services, the guest agrees to indemnify Hotel Centro (SARC Agrotech) and its associates from any damages or contents placed inside.
- Hotel Centro (SARC Agrotech) shall not be held responsible for theft, damage, loss, or accidents while a guest vehicle is parked with the hotel’s valet drivers on or off premises.
General Provisions:
- All the assets and valuables of the hotel should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The hotel has the discretion to levy any charges in the future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the hotel (both movable and immovable) has been done or caused by the guest.
- If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product, or food, it is not the hotel’s responsibility to advise hotel management prior to arrival.
- Valet parking is always at the guest’s risk and advice from the security team needs to be strictly adhered to by the guest at the time of checking in. The hotel will not be accountable for the loss of any valuables from such parked vehicles.
- The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
- We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the hotel does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of government or of any other authorities, changes to government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements, or industrial action.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, guests indemnify Centro Hotel from any claims, losses, or damages that may arise during their stay.
